There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 222 was read the third time. Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Holmes: Page 1, line 2, following "information;": Insert "providing special enrollment requirements related to Medicaid and state child health plan coverage;" Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. And so, HB 222(title am) passed the House. Representative Johansen moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Representative Kerttula later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 222(title am), and reconsideration was taken up then.
